1. Contact
In a video call we talk about what the company is, the motivations, a bit of history and needs. Define the scope and brief of the project and if it will need to be divided into more than one deliverable.
2. Research
We move on to the research phase where we make a competition radar, benchmark, analysis of best practices, concept, user persona, structure the information (site map, wire flow).
3. Design
Two design approaches are made and a meeting is held to see where the final proposal will be approached.
4. Deliverables
Once the flow is completed with annotations, the design system is defined and the screens are completed, a meeting is held where the content of the file is explained, doubts are resolved and the project is delivered.
